What it does

Maintains physical fitness to help prevent age-related conditions.

Strengthens the lower limbs, which helps improve independence and balance, thereby reducing the risk of falls.
How it works

The course offers exercises accessible to everyone that simulate everyday movements (even with simple obstacles), aiming to promote balance, maintain strength, and improve independence and quality of life.

Participants undergo a series of tests to monitor their motor skills and physical independence throughout the course.

Staff with a degree or undergraduate degree in physical education, qualified by the University Sports Center of the University of Bergamo

Physiotherapists and doctors (supervision)

Annual membership fee €10
